Sorry I haven't noticed this sooner. I suppose you're talking about the "become an author" link in our portal page (www.portkey.org)? Yep, that page's outdated (except for the "new / fics" block). But that link used to direct to our Fanfic FAQs which have now been reorganized here. You'll find the updated "How to apply for a Portkey author account" thread in there.
