Hello everyone! I know my rank says that I'm new but if you want to get technical I've been lurking around portkey around the time the 3rd Harry Potter book was out. Thanks to reading that and watching the sorcerer's stone hp movie, I became a devoted shipper to hr/h (harmony) It was only up until recently that I realized that portkey had a forum. Usually I would come on the site to get my fill of hermione/harry fanfiction Anyway, I'm looking forward to spreading the harmony luv with everyone! Our ship may have sunk but we just upgraded to a new dandy submarine

I have been an H/Hr fan for a long while, too. I always make sure that I read H/hr fanfics whenever I get a chance.

Seriously? You didn't know PK has a forum the first time you visited it? LOL. That's new. I'd imagine Harmonians would be dying to find someone of their own kind.

That's what I found here in PK, anyway. Lots and lots of friends and I'm learning, too - both at writing and socializing.

LOL I'll blame it on my desperation to read the fics for my lack of perceptiveness! Whenever I see anything hr/h I get tunnel-vision. Years back before I had my own computer I would always try to read and save all the harmony fanfictions I could while I was at school (I still can't believe I missed the forum option on the top of the screen Btw did portkey have a forum when the site first started?

Well atleast I found a place I can share my views of harmony without being attacked by O.B.H.W.F. fans (shivers from the memory)

Me, too! Especially when I didn't have my own internet connection at my own computer. I would devote like two hours or so saving fics and then reading them for later and when I go online again, I post my already generated comments and the cycle would begin again.



I'm not really sure if PK already had a forum built when the site was first started. Let's ask the Mods.

For Mods who will read this: when PK was born, is it built with Fanfic side, Forum side, and Gallery side packed together in this awesome site?

Places like mugglenet and yt are pretty hostile to hr/h (I guess with yt it depends on what video you comment on). I made one tiny comment about my love for hr/h and of how their relationship had loads of development and all of a sudden I got a bunch of haters saying I'm a supporter of canon-rape and that I'm DELUSIONAL! God I hate it when O.B.H.W.F. fans always use that cut in a negative way at us! I mean, can't they think of something else to call us? I guess I should be happy they just called me delusional and not any other choice explenitives. Oh well atleast I have this place to call home now

Ohmigod. I have never experienced that on Mugglenet but... I will never go to Mugglenet again!

But you know what? Let them call us Delusional. Let's rejoice for we have seen the truer path not the crooked path they were lead to.

Oh, the canon-rape thing. That's very hurtful even for me who hadn't experienced being told that. They're evil!
