I'm new on this site, but I've been reading fanfiction here for a while now, and decided I wanted to be able to talk to other people about the stories I've read.

I ship Harry/Hermione, and was a bit miffed that JKR didn't put them together in the books, but was really glad to find fan fiction so we can have them together in our own little worlds.

I also read a lot of other fan fiction, and like crossovers as well.

I'm looking forward to the discussions here!

Welcome to Portkey! I've been around for a long time but not in the forums. But now here I am, a newbie myself!

It's really fun around here. Especially when I found the forums for my fellow Filipinos.

It is disappointing that the books didn't end up H/Hr, huh? But, it's cool. I mean, JKR still fed our illusions with squee-worthy H/Hr moments, didn't she? Though, it would have been great to have read little Hermiones and little Harrys on Deathly Hallows' epilogue.
