I've loved H/Hr since I was 11 and am now 18. I've been reading fanfiction since I was 12 (btw it was the FREAKIN BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!! when i found out that fanficiton existed in 7th grade!!!!! =D =D =D)
so yea...I've never bothered to connect with any other harmonian people out there. I hope to write a fanfiction soon!!!!!!!

Soo..where to begin?
I read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone for the first time when I was 10 or 11, only because it had been collecting dust on my bookshelf and I had nothing better to do. I didn't expect to like it very much, and honestly I didn't think it was all that amazing until I reached the part where Harry and Hermione are in the potions chamber on their way to retrieving the stone.
It was the part where Hermione "threw her arms around [Harry]" and told him how he is amazing blah blah blah...friendship...bravery...blahhhhh..
It was then that I knew that Harry and Hermione were destined to be together! =D
I FELL IN LOVE!!!
and I can say that I emitted my very first "squee" that day!
So for a year or so after that, I would make up stories about H/Hr romance in my head, obsessing over JK's books, squeeing over the little harmonian moments I found.
But I didn't know that fanfiction even existed, yet. And I felt so lonely, afraid that I was the only weird person in the entire world to obsessed over H/Hr.
Then that fateful day came when I was in 7th grade. I googled 'Harry and Hermione' just to see what would come up.
And I found the Draco Dormiens trilogy by Cassandra Claire!!!! =D
I WAS SOOOO HAPPY!!!!! There were actually other weirdos (that's not an insult, btw, it's a compliment in my world lol) like me who LOVED H/Hr!!!!!!
So ever since then, I've been reading fanfiction (only H/Hr. I'm not into Ron/Luna, Lily/James, Voldy/Hedwig
whatever...).
I stopped, briefly after the sixth and seventh books came out (only because of the Hermione bashing in the 6th book and the OOC Hermione and Ron in the 7th book. RAWR!!!
But, recently, I've become really into the whole fanfiction thing again. And I hope to become an author on portkey and write my very first fanfiction!!!!!
Hmmm...my fanfic preferences? Oh, you didn't ask? Well I'll tell you anyhow!
1- I DESPISE fanfiction where Hermione is called "'Mione"
2- I don't like Ron/Ginny bashing, because H and Hr love the redheads and would never betray them. And I kinda like Ron, even though he stole Hermione away from Harry (but that's a dif story)
3- HATE!!!! sexy, perfect Hermione stories where she suddenly sprouts 2D boobs and her hair is smooth and shiny. Uhmm, are you really that delusional? (although I'll admit that when I was younger I loved these Mary Sue versions of Hermione and Weasley bashing. My preferences have matured since then)
4- LOVE! 7th book rewrites!!!! (btw if anyone has any good recs of dh rewrites any length/amnt of chapters/wutev I'ld really appreciate it =] )
