Couldn't access your Portkey account? Try the following:Type your password slowly and carefully esp in the fanfic sections and try refreshing the pages there or clicking another link.

If you've recently changed your Portkey account's email address, limit your log in attempts to only two every 24 hours. Our board software might automatically lock your account if you attempt more than that. Wait out the lockout period for 24-48 hours -- I don't know for sure how long the lockout period is.


If the above fail, you may post on this thread to ask for help from PK staff. Note that:

1. your reply would only be displayed after a Portkey staff approves it. ** Explained below. Hence, do NOT post twice. If you don't want us to display your reply (or part of it) to the public, please say so in your message.

2. you would need to provide us the following info. Further details would be best communicated by email.

**We expect spambots and trolls to litter this thread, so we'd like to screen their posts before they get displayed to the public. Now before anyone posts snarkily-worded complaints here, read this entire message. It's common sense but some people don't get it. If you want Portkey staff, who are all volunteers) to spend their time helping you out, prove yourself worthy of it. Any rudely worded message would be ignored and deleted immediately.
