If you PM me, then I can explain a but more clearly. I'd love to write more but I'm writing this in the middle of I.T. class at school! eek! (I love being a rebel!)

Welcome to Portkey! We're always happy to have new people join us.

There's a couple of different ways to post a fic here at Portkey. First, if it's a challenge fic from the forums, then you can post up to 5000 words in the challenge thread.
If it's a full-blown story, you need to apply for authorship over on the fanfic side. When you submit a story for approval, it needs to be at least 3000 words long, with a link supplied for a mod to read it. Don't put your story in the author application because it will be turned down automatically. That's why you need to give a link to the fic.

That's how you apply. Please be sure to read all the guidelines before submitting the fic.

If you need anything else, just give me a shout, and I'll help all I can.

And as Scout said there's a challenge forum, you can also go to the ficlet forum located in the individual shipping sections where you can test your stories out.
