Hey! I'm relatively new to the series (well, I say relatively, I mean completely), but a friend directed me to the site, so, hello there (as I may have already said)!

Basically, yeah; I started reading the series about a month ago, and loved it. I've just this hour finished Order of the Phoenix, and despite being slightly crushed by the ending, I'm generally looking forward to Half-Blood Prince (of which I've been generously lent a copy).

But yeah; I was first directed here when I mentioned how blatantly obvious it was that Harry and Hermione would hook up at some point in the future. Don't get me wrong, I like the red-herring hints of a Ron and Hermione relationship that are thrown around (the Yule Ball was a good one), but I'm looking forward to seeing the actual relationship in the series develop.

I know a lot of you (hell, probably all of you) will have read books 6 and 7 already, but you'll have to forgive me for coming in late. If you could keep the spoilers from the later books to yourselves, please, that'd be fantastic. As it is, I'm keen to discuss any primary instances of the Harry and Hermione relationship from books 1-5 with anyone here, and look forward to seeing how it pans out in the later books.

Hi welcome to portkey. I hope your enjoying reading the series. I won't spoil it for you. There's plenty of H/Hr talk over here in the shipping forums. There will probably be spoilers though so be careful about that. I'm sure you'll find plenty to talk about and I hope you do like the last two books.

I hope you enjoy the last two books. I know I did, and I'll be happy to discuss with you the first 5 books, though I imagine it would be quite hard, as the site really does have spoilers everywhere.
