Basically what we need to do is go through this thread and pick out our favourite 'yeah rights'. Then you just post your choice in this thread and we can all come to an agreement on our absolute favourite one (whether by poll or just by discussing). After that it's free for all and you simply have to write on the winning 'yeah right'.
I will refine the rules of the actual competition later, but basically it will be asking you to write something with:
1: 500 words+ (no maximum)
2: It must be rated no higher than PG13, and have any warnings for anything that might be considered offensive.
3: You can either post a link to your story (whether through a portkey account, FFnet, etc) or you may post your story in this thread if it is below 5000 words.
4: It must have a word count, and of course, must be D/G.
If you feel that you can come up with a better 'yeah right' than the ones in the thread, then post that in here too and we'll keep it in mind. Also, if you think that it would be better for us to just choose our favourite 'yeah right's then I'm happy to go with that too. I'm just really keeping this open so we can all enjoy ourselves.
I know our numbers are small, and that is why I really encourage you to invite your friends to participate. I will be trying to get some more people to paticipate too, and I would really appreciate if you do as well.
