I've always thought that.
I don't think she's necessarily craving power, but I think if the circumstances were right, she could possibly be susceptible to falling prey to Voldemort (Tom Riddle) again. And since the charm of Tom Riddle is gone, I've always thought that Draco could be the one to charm her into coming to the dark side.
Though, this new tough, independent Ginny might not be as easily manipulated.
Just a thought.
