Here's a partial list of this thread's slogans


Okay, so I'm making a couple shirts with obscure H/Hr slogans and was just wondering if anyone had any good ideas? Something really quirky that most people would only scratch their head at?

I've got one that says 'Delusional Militant' on the front and 'Harmony' on the back...I need some more ideas that only we will understand!

Well, the t-shirt I'm planing on making will say "Meet me in the pumpkin patch" and underneath will be the date of DH.

That's f*%&ing awesome..

I've always liked the signatures two of our fellow Portkeyers use or have used (Miss Mady and Annearchey) and that is:

Alrighty, so I thought I'd just share my shirt that I made tonight (eh, this morning as it's 1:30). Thanks for all your imput and if you've got more ideas, keep em coming! I got the shirt for $4 at Wally World...and the letters were $1 a pack! Woo!

I'm glad I'm not alone in this shirt-making process! I mentioned to my family that I wanted to have my white shirt printed with a H/Hr saying for the release of the last book and they looked at me like I was delusional (heh).

I was just going to put, "H/Hr" on the front but now, I'm having a difficulty deciding what to put on because of all the wonderful (and hilarious) suggestions on here!

Oh, I was wondering, where would one get the letters to put on the shirt?

I know what you mean! I got my Harmony t-shirt yesterday and I was freakin' excited and they just stared at me! My friend's sister is having a Harry Potter party sometime between the movie and the book release and they're all herons, so I'm goona wear my new tshirt!

BTW, I LOVE all of these slogans for shirts!

I was fortunate enough over the weekend to spend time with my crafty soon-to-be aunt, who went out to the store and bought (literally) and arm load of embroidery floss. I made a hemp-style Harmony anklet (which everyone thought looked cool, but I had to explain to them what the colors meant. It's a three-color one, with emerald green, dark brown, and orange, for Harry's eye color, Hermione's eye color, and the color of our ship (not in that order, obviously).

this isn't very good, but i thought something like this would be cute:

Well I liked your store.
I thought it was fun, funny, AND well made.

Plus it made me think you might be able to help me. I've been looking everyone for someone who has or knows where to find a design of HMS Harmony. The actual ship. Not picture of H/Hr. I'm making my own shirt and I just can't draw period. So I'm looking for someone willing to let me use their design.

I am promising it's only for ONE shirt to be worn by ME. I'm not out looking to steal somone elses artwork.

One of our slogans should DEFINITELY be "oh harry!".

I mean, Hermione only says it every point four seconds or so. [And a whole lot more in a certain fanfiction genre...]

How about quoting a song or something and connecting it with Harry/Hermione?

Personally I like the weird, funny and not easily understandable.

1. Victor/Vicky knows best --> beneath a picture of a smiling pumkin

2. We never had to stick to cannons to keep our people in --> (inspired by JFK)

3. Author quotations not needed. ---> pretty obvious innit?

4. Love is militant delusions cureable by marriage

-Our fic is better than yours
-Fanon has s.mut (except, you know, without the period. )
-We don't subscribe to "I love you, I need you, let's fight!"
-We said so.
-Our fandom's better than yours.
-R/Hr, red herring, anyone?
-OBHPF: One Big Happy Potter Family
-OBHWF? Don't make me puke.
-We read between the lines.
-We did reread, and we still see H/Hr.
-Harry needs Hermione badly.

I wouldn't do maroon. It being the color of Ron's sweater every year, it might send mixed signals to those who actually get it
