I've had quite a few dreams about Harry Potter, but none of them shippy that I can remember. They're usually quite random or odd, but awsome all the same.

I have had a few as well but the most vivid one I had was before HBP came out....I think it was because I was really hyped up for it.....I was a hogwart's student and I was helping defend hogwarts during a full out war.....and I was on a broom flying around with harry and ron and we were hexing, jinxing, diving, crashing....like i woke up with my heart racing....it was intense!

I had a dream where people were standing in a huge line waiting for book 7. A guy who bought one, read the ending and shouted: "HARRY IS GOING TO DIE!!!" And then people went mad for giving up the ending and bit him to death

That made my day! I probably would have wacked him with my book and scaulded him with my hot tea!

I had two seeming prophetic dream before HBP came out.

One was where I was in Walmart a couple of days before the release of HBP and they had mistakenly put out the book. I was kind of ticked because they were obviously doing it for publicity. Anyways, I looked on the back and there was Voldemort. Interestingly, the real book had the dark mark on the back.

Then, here is the really freaky dream... Quoted from "the it ship" on LJ...

I remember I had a dream something like 9 months before HBP came out.

In it, I woke up to see the news and blasted across all channels was "JKR dies in childbirth!"

Well, immediately, I started to cry.

I went to church and there was a group of fans. They had a van that advertised the whole thing. They were upset too.

And all I could think was "Now, she'll never finish the sixth book..."

So, here's how I take it.

When HBP comes out, JKR becomes dead to us because of her new "baby".

I find a group of fans in my community-at-the-time "HarryHermione" where we console each other thinking "we'll never know how HHR could've turned out in cannon".

Another thing was that I had this dream on a Saturday night about a Sunday morning. And HBP came out on a Saturday. By Sunday, we all knew the horrible news...

Spooky...

And I know I have dreams that I can't remember... Because sometimes I wake up and I have an image of Harry, Hermione or some other character that doesn't fit with any book or fanfic scene.

lockedinaroom, that really does sound pretty creepy if you interpret it in that way! I haven't had a Harry Potter dream per se, but I did have a dream where a couple of the characters were in it; Harry kept staring at Hermione's backside when he thought nobody was looking.

You wouldn't believe the weird dreams I have. I have had a few dreams with Harry potter characters. but One dream in particular before the release of HBP I remember vividly.

It first started off as Harry getting an owl from Dumbledore saying that he needed to get back to the school ASAP and to find Prof McGonagall at Kings Cross to find the portkey that had been set up. Feeling that he was too stinky to go out into public he ends up sneeking into the Master Bathroom at the Dursleys while they are away for something. Once inside he takes a shower in the glass paned shower. believe me when I say I could see everything nothing was left the the imagination. I could aslo hear him going over the Prophacy. Well Uncle Vernon in all his fatness comes back and catches Harry in the shower. He is gracious enough to turn around as to not look at nekkid Harry. "Are you almost done boy!" he shouts. "Yes uncle vernon." Harry drones and then he tells his uncle that he plans to leave all the while finishing up showering and wrapping a towel around his waste. Vernon finishes off the conversation with a "Good Riddence. And don't forget to wipe down the walls."

the scene changes. Harry is now at King's Cross. i assume he took the Knight Bus. He is looking around and spots a blonde girl. (It turns out that it was Luna, and in a creepy sense looked exactly like Evanna Lynch) "Were you called back to Hogwarts too?" She asks. Harry just nods and continues to look for mcgonagall. Luna Finds someone who looks similar to Mcgonagall (but isn't) who has a broken arm. luna says poor McGonagall and starts talking with the woman when the Real McGonagall and Hermione Pass by. Hermione stops in front of Harry and Mcgonagall just kept walking on.
Hermione says McGonagall told her what to do to get the portkey and where it was. she ask how Harry is doing and he says well and he asks where Ron is. Hermoine answers that he was at the Burrow which was now under the fidelus Charm and the he was safe for now. Hermione says lets go and they run out of the station. they pass people going to work on the street and Harry wonders how they can seem so carefree when the world was in danger. Hermione tells Harry the address to the portkey. he walks on ahead finding out that it is a lingere store. all color rushes from his face as he turns around to face Hermione. He says, "NO" But Hermione rolls her eyes and pushes him in. Now pushed into the store with several women inside, Harry blushes from head to toe. Hermione grabs a red lacy bikini set. Harry achieves a color that not even Ron could achieve. Hermione and Luna then pull him up to the counter and sit him down to save him from any more embarrasment. I don't remember what she says to the store clerk but the clerk pulls out three cards and tells Hermione that all she needs to do is written on the cards. the cards themsevles say "You must kiss and sign the blank side of this card." Luna and Hermione do so and Hermione has to coax Harry to do the same. A kiss was shared, making him blush more. the clerk took the cards and lead them back to the fitting rooms and directed them to a stall.

Sorry I woke up after this, as you all say. darn Alarm clock.

My Dreams Of HP!

I remember one that was loads before book 5!
lol...I had already finished the first 4 books and was impatiently waiting for Book 5.

I was in a great hall full of people who I didn't know..:S and there were loads of food and things thrown on the floor, it was like a party.

So then I was walking through all that and I found a letter...written in yellowish paper So I picked it up and it said something about Hogwarts
I couldn't exactly read it...and I didn't know if it was for me a part of me thought it was for someone else! lol but I kept it...and that's all I remember xD

Then I had another one.

Well, Im spanish speaker, and was so desperate to read book 5 I wanted to get it as soon as possible. I remember the day it came out ( 21st June! )it was a saturday and I went through all the libreries I found and they didn't have it in english!

I was so deppressed! lol

so I got in the internet and someone passed to me some chapters...
I started reading it online...but it wasn't the same so I just looked at some things...but didn't really payed attention.

And then I had a dream it was that I had gotten the book at school I think and I couldn't wait to take it home!
But in the meanwhile...I think someone pushed me and it fall on the mud!
So I couldnt read it! I passed the pages not being able to read anything
but I do remember in big letters a chapter named: GRIMMAULD PLACE NUMBER VOLDEMORT ...:S lol and it was so cunfusing


I had another one...before book 6...It was so weird I can't remember it too much. Harry, Ron and Hermione were on a boat sailing in the sea...and it was a cloudy day...that's all I remember...but they were certainly Harry, Ron and Hermione lol.

Finally I had one the day before HBP release, I had been so high all day that it didn't really surprised me to dream about HP.
It was something like a big house...with flowers and little lakes... and pink lights ( it was night ) and Harry and Hermione were together! and they were hugging or something like that. Ron was there...and I think Remus, Mr Weasley and Ginny.

I was so happy xD

(untill then when I woke up, I told a friend about the dream and he told me he had had one of H/G!! lol and he's a HHr shipper...what a nightmare!)


After that I had dreams that my books were being ripped by someone..or something.. and I creid and cried...because it's mainly book 5 ¬¬ lol

Oh! oh! wait! not so many nights ago I dreamed about a Yule Ball
and they were all dancing...and then Ron and Hermione start shouting at each other...and Harry was there like :S:S:S STOP ARGUING! so then Ron and Hermione turned to monsters... lol

Well, that's by far all the dreams I can remember...
I had a dream last week, and when I woke up I thought it was about HP...but I couldn't remember lol!

LOL I had a Harry Potter dream last night

I dreamed that I was trying to help him and he was with the durselys and somehow Petunia started having magic powers! and we know it was her because her hair turned white LOL Well anyway, I dreamed that Harry was hiding all these cakes and cookies in a pillow case under his bed and I was trying to help him hide this huge basket full of goodies but they wouldn't all fit. Then it seemed like Harry was trying to get Vernon onto his broom so he could go get help for petunia and he crashed into the forbidden forest.

hee hee My dream just ketp getting weirder and wierder so I'll stop there but in the end it was a VERY good dream
